[Luke went exploring earlier, since he wanted to try to find something not horrible about this place. While exploring, he found a flashlight.

Unfortunately, he's no Guy, and he has absolutely no idea how to work the stupid thing. So he's just been kinda standing around the normal bunkers shaking it since he got back.

Care to help him figure the thing out?]

These things are so stupid. I'm stuck outside while they take over the only half decent place in this place to live. I'm the Goodwill Ambassador. I shouldn't need to deal with this stupid stuff!
